- Project information. What you're trying to build, grow or improve, and any files, budgets or timelines you choose to share.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health or financial account details, through the website.
How we use it

- To keep business records, such as agreements and invoices.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.

Our team works from Dubai, UAE and across United Kingdom, Australia, United States, Canada and Pakistan, and our providers may store information in other countries. When information moves between countries, we use the safeguards that applicable law requires, such as contractual protections.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require. After that we delete or anonymise them.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
Cookies
